Interview
Process was clearly outlined. Applied online, was selected for a phone screen then completed multiple skills assessments. After that, there was an in-person visit and series of interviews (done online because of COVID) and a programming test.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in your career 5 years from now?
30 minute phone call with a technical solutions engineer, questions were related to interest in the role and long term career goals rather than technical questions. He also asked about relocating and if that’s something I would be considering.
