I spoke with a representative at a campus career fair, and applied online right at the booth. Received an email to complete a personality assessment and a technical assessment. Phone interview was very casual with someone currently working in the role. Felt more like I was doing the interviewing. I was invited for an onsite interview, but I declined.

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
