Interview
Delivery of writing samples, an initial, brief intro interview with HR, followed by two true interviews with different stakeholders. They sent lots of materials before the second interview with premade videos about the campus and benefits.

Q: Tell us about a time you translated complex processes into something more digestible.
A phone interview, then a personality and two different skills tests. There was a programming test, a writing test, and a math test. All people have to take the programming test, even if the job isn't a programming job.

What was your favorite project you worked on in college?
Applied online, had a short phone interview, followed by an online test, moderated by a third party, and a final phone interview. It was a long process and took many weeks.

Interview
I had a phone interview about the position and the company as a whole and then performed an online assessment. The phone interview was very helpful and informative, but the assessment felt wholly unrelated to the position as it was described to me.
