Phone screen, skills assessment, personality test, on-site interview The phone screen was basic, the skills assessment consists of a test battery with logic and reading comprehension questions, a section with 10 math questions that must be answered in 2 minutes (you won't answer them all; that's expected), and a section where they teach you about the programming language used by the company and have you answer questions/select the correct code (no prior experience with programming is required).
