We spoke briefly several times over the phone. I was referred to him by my wife's friend, who formerly worked for him. I called him on the phone, and after several brief introductory questions, he hired me on the spot!

Interview
The working environment is very laid back, as was the interview process. They didn't not put an immense amount of pressure on the interview which made it easy to relax. They interview was easy; but they had a a two week training following the acceptance of the job that wasa little more detailed oriented. Everyone there was very helpful and were always checking up on me to ensure I was getting along just fine. Great environment, and great company to work for.
