I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI)
Interview
The interview process took over 2 months. Overall it was a very long process with a lot of rounds and tests. The tests were both related to the position and ACT/SAT style.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Milwaukee, WI) in Nov 2018
Interview
The phone interview went really well, but I didn't pass the skills assessment. Everyone including janitors at this company has to know how to code for some reason. So know how to code and be ready to design a mockup if you are trying to be a designer there.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Why Epic?

Interview
Still in process..
Phone interview 30 min, Aptitude test (I took 3 hrs) and Personality/basic math test (20 min), Assignment.
This part doesn't reflect Epic, but the service company they use for the aptitude test is horrible. My proctor was unbelievably annoying.. she took over my mouse and started to change my computer shortcut settings and notifications without asking or even telling me she was going to do that. She closed all my running programs and documents prior to asking me, I was yelling STOP but that didn't stop her. Then afterwards she asks if I want to save anything. Serious?
Most annoyingly.. after the test starts, she messages me in the middle of a 2 or 3 min timed test which totally distracted me, telling me not to read the questions out loud. I didn't even get to finish half that test.
At the end of the test, they assume I had a great experience, and instead of asking a neutral question like how was your experience with us? they ask something like, "we know you had a great experience, let us know which part you enjoyed." It was something along those lines, you get the point.
The Aptitude test has 4 parts.
The first is for speed, the second test was pretty challenging, the third part was easy but was only 4 min for all 10 questions which I didn't realize and took my time editing then ran out of time.
The last part of the test was longer but easy and I finished early.
For part 2, some questions were on that portal that others have mentioned below, with string and numeric questions, but the questions are mostly related to each other and without reading the previous few questions it'd be hard to solve. It might still be helpful to read over it just to get a feel of what to expect though.
