Interview
Three-phase interview:
Phase I: Interview with the potential manager. This is when the manager/supervisor decides if you're qualified and fit for the team.
Phase II: Interview with your potential team.
Phase III: Whole day interview with different teams, starting with a 30mins presentation. This ends with a final conversation with the CSO.

Interview
The interview process was divided into several sections - 1st phone interview with a few employees, 2nd phone interview with more employees, on-site presentation (at least for science positions) and in-person all-day interviews. It was a great way to meet everyone and get to know the team before making a decision
