      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at EpiCypher

      Interview

I never talked to anyone from HR, which I now consider a red flag. It looks like the hiring manager was dealing with everything, including making the interview schedule. I applied for a specific position, but it wasn't clear which team I'd be working with. I never talked to any regular employees alone: they were always paired with someone. It might be easier for the interview process, though. Overall, everyone was very excited about the company. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them. Which is very strange and unprofessional after the final stage (one full day of interviews). In some companies, HRs would even call me to encourage to reapply later.
