      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Envista Forensics (Toronto, ON)

      Interview

      HR contacted me for a phone screening and scheduled an interview with the managers. During the interview, it was clear they were unprepared and the questions were not relevant to the role. It gave the impression that the process was more about checking a box than finding the right candidate. It did not reflect a competent or focused management approach.
