Environmental Systems Products interview questions

Interview process was fairly fast. Received call, came in for an interview within a week's time. Interview was typical, questions were fairly routine - experience with leave, what was a difficult situation you had to deal with and how did you deal with it, your strengths and weaknesses, etc. Only major complaint would be that I was never informed that I did not get the job even after meeting the General Manager for a second interview the same day as the first interview with the VP of HR.
