Environmental Investigation Agency US interview questions

I sent them application, got interview invitation after 30 days. The interview process was very inefficient. It took them about 3 months to let me know that I am rejected.

I applied in March, and got invited to the first interview one month later in April. Then the second interview after another month in May. After that they contacted my references, then we had the third interview in June. Finally at the end of June I got the offer.
