The interview process was done over MS Teams and initially was to feature a three-member panel, but I got two. They were very calm and explained further when I did not understand some stuff. Also, the process started with the usual tell us about yourself questions. Then they moved to scenario-based questions, which they sent over the phone during the application stage (but did not specify that they would ask them later) and also sent during the interview confirmation stage. I had to choose one, answer the questions on a word document and then email them back within 1hr 15 mins. I had no previous experience in this area and the job specification did state that this was not required, just relevant professional skills so I really struggled with the technical assessment.
