The interview process at Entrata India was structured and professional. It included the following stages:
HR Screening Call
The process started with a quick HR screening, where I was asked about my background, current role, notice period, and salary expectations. They also gave a brief overview of the company and the role I had applied for.
Technical/Functional Round
The next round was conducted by a team lead or manager from the relevant department. They asked role-specific questions related to my past experience. For me, this included scenario-based questions on handling data issues, tools I’ve used, and how I troubleshoot discrepancies.
Managerial Round
This was more of a behavioral round with a senior manager. They focused on how I manage tasks under pressure, my collaboration style, and how I handle escalations or process improvements. They also asked about how I approach documentation and cross-functional communication.
