Entertainment Cruise Productions interview questions

Phone screen and then in-person meeting with direct report manager and CEO/President. Toured the office and met a few employees. Overall, the interview was fairly casual and unstructured. Ultimately, wasn’t offered the position and was hoping for feedback, but no response which is frustrating as one of the final candidates they were considering.
