Initial communication - coordinated interviews through email. Professional, courteous, timely, no complaints.
First interviews with 3 different employees. Welcoming atmosphere, personable employees. Asked good questions and went out of their way to show me the culture of ESG.
Second interviews with 3 additional employees. Again, questions were as expected in a interview, but what stuck out to me is the culture of ESG and the desire of all employees to contribute to the success of the business.
Final interview with the Founder/CEO - he is the heart of the company and always has something interesting to say - showed a very genuine care for the company and its employees. Speaking to the culture of ESG - He told me if I ever missed a family event for work I would be in trouble.
