Interview
The interview process can be a lengthy one for some as it involves firstly a chatbot interview requiring your thoughts regarding the current entrepreneurial scene in Singapore, followed by a video interview which were mainly behavioural questions. It was then followed by a group case study presentation to a couple of directors and finally an interview with HR. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The directors were fun and were really interested in getting to know everyone's point of view regarding some of the problems that the country faces. The HR director was very patient and nurturing and the entire mood throughout the interview was a cordial one. Kudos to the HR team for the efficient planning and facilitation throughout the entire interview process.

Acceptance / Rejection —> Rejection is auto-generated and unsympathetic. Some have even received the wrong auto-generated email, shows that HR personnels lack intentionality
Smooth, two rounds excluding initial screening assessment. First official round is an online case study and final round is with a director off line. Overall a good experience and rather quick as well.

Question 1
What value do you think you can add to an organisation?
Multiple rounds of chatbot essay writing + group interview + final rounds with 2 HR. Found it incredibly disingenuous that after all the effort that participants go through, and finally getting to the last round, that they send a notification through their AI chatbot.
