I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Springdale, AR) in Feb 2025
Interview
I had an over the phone informational call, then a Teams meeting with HR as my first interview. My second interview was with the Area Manager. I was told I would be contacted by HR to see if I was eligible for a third interview with the Regional Manager (asked me to drive 4 hours to a different state without compensation). I was contacted, missed the call and was left a voicemail asking to give a call back to schedule a time and day for the final interview. Upon calling back, I was notified that they had mixed up evaluations and I did not qualify for a final interview.

Question 1
What was a challenge you did not overcome and what did you learn from it.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

What is something you have done in your personal life to improve yourself?
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
