Very situational based. Asked for real life example and wanted to know things in detail. If you haven’t actually done it, it’s going to be hard to kind of make up. But nothing too crazy if you have worked in customer service and have experience.

Question 1
Describe a time you had an irate customer and how did you deal with it.
I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.

2nd interview is with Branch Manager and Area Manager - mostly assessing fit and experience
3rd interview is with senior leadership who assess long term fit and commitment.

Received a phone call from them about a phone screening and then next steps. The phone call was horrible. Persons attitude was horrible. Was completely put off by the whole process
