      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Gainesville, FL) in Jun 2019

      Interview

This process started off great they had drinks and snacks for the large group name tags and a video on about company values missions benefits etc. But as the day went on i realized I should have cleared a full schedule, you had to interview with two or three different managers for a contingent offer based on employment verification background check etc. normally this is not a problem this is my point of ease and excitement but it wasnt they do this through another company Global HR who try to verify school records and employment records electronically which requires them to reach out to your school board and/or previous jobs via email and fax and wait on a response anyway after a 2 week wait Global HR then reached out to me for me to provide them all these documents transcripts old pay stubs high school diploma. Trying to gather documents, make copies go to the library to fax them and waiting on transcripts in between work and school. to send to Global HR so they can send it to Enterprise. By the time I am contacted by them it had been two weeks during the third week I was offered two others jobs and began my career at one of them and they were still sending me emails asking for a better picture when all of the information was clearly vivid. This whole experience was just too much Enterprise should have their own department who does this and not trust another company with different values and standards to handle their new hires. I was very disappointed at the time.
