First Step: 15 minute phone call screening asking about details on resume and availiability for first round interview at Enterprise Admin location. Once going to first interview, it will only like 30-40 minutes of questions about your resume, school, and work experience along with leadership qualities and working in an adverse environment. Easy step.
Second round interview: Then you meet with district manager and talk about behavorial situations involving customer service. Really easy. just be confident.
Third Round interview: this will be with the area group rental manager and he/she will ask truly ask you WHY you want to work for enterprise and what makes you the perfect candidate for this MT position.
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.

Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
