      License and Title Coordinator Interview

      7 Mar 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Saint Louis, MO
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Saint Louis, MO) in Mar 2020

      Interview

I applied on indeed. RSVP’d to attend their job fair. I received an email from Victoria M. stating my skills weren’t qualified. I sent her a copy of my resume because their online application I only noticed 3 slots for jobs. It didn’t allow all my skills and qualifications to be listed. I went to the job fair anyway in spite of the email. I was confident in my experience and abilities to more than handle this job. I arrived at 1:45-2pm. I met with the recruiter Alex she was great! She referred me to 2 supervisors Daisy and Corey. Our interview was very lengthy. A LOT OF tell me about a time questions referencing your skills and weakness. Daisy asked all the questions and I do mean allll of them! Corey to me to shadow with one of his team members for about 10-15 mins. Then I met with Tiffany the Area Manager. She asked about 5-6 questions and asked me to tell her about myself. She was very warm and welcoming. I didn’t leave u til after 4pm on a Friday. I was told I should hear back Monday or next week someday. I’m waiting. Hopefully I’ll hear back after being there for hours and interviewing with 4 people. And shadowing. I went to their job fair. This past Friday 3/6/2020. Waiting
