I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Belfast, Northern Ireland) in Jul 2019
Interview
The whole process from start to finish was exceptional. I am in the middle of a career change so it is safe to say I have done my fair share of interviews, and nothing comes close to my experience at Enterprise.
After I applied and passed the telephone screen I was invited to a Branch Visit at their, sorry OUR, Belfast City Centre branch. This was a really great experience as it gives you a real feel for the company, and gives you an idea whether or not the role is for you. You will shadow up to 3 different people here, so don't be afraid to ask the questions you want answered. Everyone was really approachable and happy to answer anything. Don't forget this Branch Visit is for YOUR benefit! After spending time with everyone you will be interviewed by the Branch manger. Here will get some similar questions as the telephone interview, however, the shadowing earlier really empowers you to answer these questions better as you have more of an idea of what the company is about.
If you are lucky enough to make it to the assessment centre you will take part in a wide range of Group activities; the specifics are well documented on other reviews. During the assessment centre: BE PERSONAL, BE AUTHENTIC, BE YOURSELF! This is a company that above all else has a passion for people, both their customers and their employees.
Don't be afraid to ask the difficult questions you need answers to. Recruiters and Managers will respect this, as your making sure the role is right for you.
Don't worry if you struggle with one of the tasks. A large part of my positive feedback actually surrounded how I carried myself throughout the day e.g. interacting with managers/recruiters at lunch etc.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Cardiff, Wales) in May 2026
Interview
Had initial screening call and as my background was mainly in a different market was made to feel uneasy.
