4 stage process, first telephone interview which asks standard skill and competency based questions. Next stage is an interview with the recruiter which is slightly longer and therefore slightly harder questions. The next stage is the branch visit which is a really good experience to see exactly what the employees do and how the business is run. The interview is pretty standard and very similar to the last two interviews. The last stage is the assessment centre.

The process was pretty simple, one phone interview, then I was scheduled for a FaceTime interview, both were pretty easy. Then two separate in person interviews with area and city manager.

Interview
They called me to assign a time for a phone interview which they asked me basic questions. Next, I was emailed for a second face-to-face interview where they asked more of scenario questions and how I approached them. Then, I got a third interview where I met with an Area Branch Manager and observed what it's like to work at Enterprise.
