I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jul 2008
Interview
I applied online for a customer service representative position with Enterprise Rent-a-Car. I was contacted a few days later by a recruiter, who told me that she liked my resume and would like for me to come in for an interview. I went in for the interview, where I was asked mainly frequently-asked interview questions. These included: if my friends could use 3 words to describe me, what would they use? Give an example of where you encountered a problem, and the steps that you used to solve it. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why do you want to work at Enterprise? etc.

Interview
Initial was ok but face to face was very judgmental and reminded of an interrogation. Not sure what they were looking for exactly. I answered the questions but I guess not good enough and I know I have great experience.
