The initial communication was through email. The lady made it seem as if each employee was going to be thoroughly looked over when making a decision on the hiring process. I had a short in person interview at a career fair then received a email in a week saying I didn't get the internship. 6 months later they are still trying to fill the spots.

Short and the interviewer was reading questions off of a sheet. The interview was very short and easy. All of the questions were very basic interview questions. It is a three-round interview process.

The first interview was over zoom and a bit thorough for an internship. The second interview was about an hour in person at one of the branches and seemed to require a lot of experience, again just for an internship position.

Very interactive with the Area manager or Branch Manager asking first personal and situational questions. They won't judge you on your work experience and believe anyone can help their company
