I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Newport News, VA)
Interview
Went to the home office and sat in a room with an HR rep. Asked questions about my ability to sell up and handle difficult customers. I really lacked the work experience but had other examples from my volunteer work. Very nice and friendly man. Explained how he went through the same interview 15 years ago. We also had a lot to talk about since we went to the same college. We even had the same teachers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time you had a lot to do in a short period of time.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
