I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Aug 2012
Interview
I filled out an application online and was contacted hours later by a recruiter. I had a short phone interview reviewing my past experience and application then was invited to come in for a one-on-one in their corporate office. This one-on-one experience was great - the HR person was very friendly and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. I was invited immediately to go in for the branch observation the following day.
The branch observation was great and lasted about an hour 1/2. A script was read with specific questions and some STAR based questions. If you pass that interview you will be notified by the recruiter that you are meeting with the VP. Offer will be extended or not at that point.
Great interview experience for fresh college grads.
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Toronto, ON)
Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
