I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Mar 2012
Interview
Had my first interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager 1:1 at her office. Asked quite a bit about my resume and previous sales experience. I was offered a second interview at the end of this interview with the Area Manager and Branch Manager. This was scheduled for a couple weeks later at a local branch. Went to this interview and was again asked many of the same questions along with the opportunity to see the operations of a branch. At the end of this interview I was offered a third and final interview with the Regional VP of Rentals. This interview was much more difficult, again looking into previous sales experience, but regardless of what I said it seemed it was not the correct answer. I left this interview nervous I would not get the position. A couple of days later I was contacted by the Area Manager offering me a position to start post-college.

Question 1
What is something you have done in your personal life to improve yourself?
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
