I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Nov 2016
Interview
First was 10-15 minutes over the phone with the recruiter. Then we did in person at her office, interview before went into my interview time schedule, then this is where I got irritated. Woman walks out a younger man and I waited an additional 10 minutes so we went 25 minutes past my scheduled interview. The next person walks in for their interview and I am just waiting then she finally comes and get me for the interview and she tries rushing the interview. I leave and get a call back at the end of the week about coming in for another, just stopped right there and couldn't waste my time anymore. Checked around and had a friend who's now wife worked there and she was cleaning cars in high heels and a suit. Took a big hell no hearing his.

Question 1
Can you describe time you used sales?
Can you describe a time where you used customer service?
Can you describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer?
Not very good. Talked very fast whilst explaining the role and asked a lot of questions. Applied for one location and was told within the first minute of the interview they no longer had any spots available at that location. Although it's a management role, it is mostly sales with more than 40 hours of time worked needed a week.

Interview
My interview process with Enterprise Mobility was thorough, insightful, yet extremely rewarding. Before guaranteeing my spot for this role, I had already formed meaningful connections with individuals at this company and can ensure my time spent during the process was valuable beyond words. Not only could I envision myself within the company space early on, I was able to connect with each individual I spoke with on a genuine level where I felt valued and taken care of as an interviewee. I appreciate my time spent connecting with my recruiter, branch manager, regional manager, and area manager, both on job-related topics, and on a deeper level where we shared real human experiences. I highly recommend interviewing with Enterprise Mobility, and will forever value these early conversations as meaningful steps toward a rewarding, exciting career path.
