I applied online and someone from HR got in touch to offer me a video interview - this felt quite informal and it was more giving advice for the in person interview. The in-person interview was 3 hours. The first 2 hours were shadowing people in the branch, and the last hour was a formal interview with the Area Manager.

What sales and customer service experience do you have?
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
