I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Cork)
Interview
Phone call interview, video call interview, then in person interview / half a day at the branch. All the interviews went well, I honestly thought I had done well so was surprised as to receive no offer. From the vague email I received, I think I gathered that they wanted to hear that you had extracurricular activities and things going on outside of work, also I think it would have been helpful if they hear that you are involved in other interview processes. The questions were framed as "Do you have any other commitments outside of work?" and "Are you waiting to hear back from other potential employees?"
In the interview, I thought it would help my chances by saying "No" to both of these questions but in hindsight, I should have been upfront about it. Had they explicitly asked "Are you involved in any extracurricular activities?" I would have said yes, but the way they framed the question made it seem like it was better to say "No". It is annoying as the rest of the interview process was brilliant, I even managed to calm down an irate customer while they were waiting for another employee to grab something from inside, and really got on with the graduates already working there, this wasn't seen by any of the managers involved in the interview though so maybe point stuff like that out to them. That being said, it seems like they have some exact boxes that they have to tick for you for the interview to be successful even if you a generally a match for the role, seems to be the case for a lot of these multinationals. Overall good but confusing experience.

Interview
Two stage - first with TA team and second stage with Area Manager and Branch Manager. Stage one is very informative and direct and the support mid interview is regular and helpful
