      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Entelligence (Washington, DC) in Mar 2024

      Interview

The interview experience with Entelligence was refreshingly straightforward, involving just a couple of key stages. Initially, I had a chat with a technical recruiter, who took a genuine interest in my resume. We dove into some technical questions that felt more like a discussion about my past projects and experiences rather than a test, which was quite engaging. Following that, the conversation with the client added a personal touch to the process. It was as much about getting to know me as a person as it was about assessing my fit for the role. We talked about what I enjoy doing in my spare time, my hobbies, and even touched on the things I'm not too fond of. It felt less like an interview and more like a two-way conversation, giving me a good sense of the warm and inclusive culture they're fostering.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Entelligence (Seattle, WA) in May 2022

      Interview

Was approached for a role for an engineer position of a major tech company. They asked me a bunch of questions related to python and then talked a big game about how well they treat their employees. I felt as though I knocked the questions out of the park and built a great rapport with the interviewer. Said that the interview process is fast and I'd hear from them in a week about the next one. Two weeks later, they have not responded to my email asking for an update (as I am moving forward with other companies and but was especially interested in their position) This company ghosts candidates, even after promising interviews, so if you're interviewing for them, don't hold out, they seem to take a wide approach to looking for talent but don't have much respect for your time, despite telling you that they do.
