First I had a video call interview with an EPIK employee who lived in my state. Then, I had a second video with an EPIK person in South Korea. This was a while ago, so I'm not sure if they still do it the same way.
I applied online. I interviewed at English Program in Korea
Interview
main interview was through my recruiter actually. the EPIK interviewer basically just went through my app (tore it apart) and asked me basic questions like why I chose Korea, what do I know about it, my experience with kids etc
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at English Program in Korea (Grahamstown) in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview lasted about 22 minutes. The interviewer first talked about my application but fortunately I had no corrections. She then asked the standard interview questions that can be easily found online followed by asking if I was aware of the air condition and that I would be required to take a medical test.
