Engineered Corrosion Solutions interview questions

The interview process was painful. Your interview will be with someone who has zero personality. First you interview with the HR director and get an in-person at the location to interview with people that have nothing to do with HR. One of the interviewers was condescending and is fixated with spreadsheet like if HR knowledge regarding the law and policies and procedures were based on spreadsheets. He never smiled and has no personality to conduct interviews. The HR director has no say on anything and is constantly undermined. It's a small business with a corporate mindset
