The process was really straight forward asking me about my experience and how I do stuff, what I would like to achieve and mostly simple conversation to find out if I am a good fit for the team and vice versa.

Interview
External recruiter was the first contact followed by an interview with the VP of Sales and VP of Human Resources. Both were knowledgeable and very nice to talk too. HR was quick to get back to me and explain the process and why I was not selected as a sales rep.
