It was really nice. Filled out application, did phone interview, went in to the office to follow an RBT around. Then got the job offer. It was a very easy process.

Interview
started with a screening call and then a working interview to see the location and meet the staff and clients in the natural setting. Most of the questions were about ability to handle stress and difficult clients.
