Casual and laid back. I really liked interviewing with the CEO. He gave me a high level and detailed overview of the company and growth outlook. Made me feel comfortable about the culture. Was open to flexibility on all deals. Felt a loyalty from him. Technology seemed slick.

Multiple interviews with the executive team. Ended up flying to Austin to interview with the General Counsel. The level of professionalism was very high. This was a "C-level" interview. No games or trick questions
