Applied online after a Google search. Was called by HR services to set up a interview. Drove to the Hebron office and met with the Area Manager and Supervisor in a "good cop, bad cop" style interview (as they called it).

It took about 30 minutes to talk to several people. The company is growing in leaps and bounds, I predict within the next ten years the company will buy out other smaller energy companies.

Interview
Very straightforward and simple. I called into a phone conference with the head of engineering for the company and the head of HR they asked some simple get to know you questions and proceeded to basically read down my resume. Honestly at the end I was relieved at the ease of the interview but felt I had more to say and would've said if I had known how short the interview would actually be.
