Was left in the lobby for an hour until someone checked in with me. No interview. They basically told me that this is commission only or you could have supper low flat if closing certain amounts of appointments. If you have ability to risk, maybe. Disappointed because more details could be provided by recruiters so I would have to waste my gas and time coming out there just to hear that this is completely different from what in job description advertised .

Competency based questions, quite relaxed conversation around motivations and desires from role. 2 stages, initial screening and then a presentation on who you are and why you want the role, as well as why you think you will be good at it.
