Someone from recruitment reached out to me for an interview and we scheduled a date and time. I cleared that block but at 10 mins past the scheduled time, I had still not received a call. Around that time the contact emailed me to ask if we could push it back due to a conflict and I agreed, asking her to specify the time zone for her suggested time change. She never replied. I sent at least two other follow up emails asking for clarification and cleared out the rest of my afternoon. Weeks later I still haven’t heard from anyone. I hope someone from the Enel team sees this because this was extremely unprofessional behavior from their recruitment team. Not that interested anymore if this is the level of respect that’s shown for people’s time on this team.

Initial intake lasted about 45 minutes and I was asked basic preliminary questions such as describing my career trajectory and explaining a time when I faced and overcame a challenge.
