There is a pre screening call first, followed by another call with a current employee, then another call with another employee from management and then an interview. After the interview there is another call. Worst interviewing process I have been through, kept asking the same questions throughout the various stages, one person says something about the position, the other contradicts what the previous person said. It is a startup so the whole thing was chaotic and not professional.
