Endeavour Press interview questions

Given a proofing task before interview, then I was called in to discuss the work, where it was revealed that the publisher himself had written the book under a pseudonym. After twenty minutes of background on the company, I was given a literature quiz where I 'won' a DVD.

Applied by email and heard back within a couple of weeks, then organised a phone interview which was very casual and friendly. He just wanted to know a bit about me and what I was doing at university, what kind of books I was interested in and why I wanted to work in publishing.
