Interview
The process consisted of a phone interview, call back for a face-to-face interview, second interview, and then a third, all within a two week period.

My skills were tested directly, in on of the interviews. My comments about accomplishments were not simply taken as stated, but were questioned. This is a company that will do it's due-diligence before a hire. Do not embellish in the interview process.
