The selection process included two written tests, one for general aptitude and second for subject specialization which for me was verbal. Next followed group discussion followed by interview and demo.

3 rounds of interview with demo and test.Interview with COO and CEO was quite insightful.Demo process was rigorous and you should be well prepared for the same.Interview is a tool for them to instil their vision in you.They are looking for right fit and they ensure to check it through several rounds.
