I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Endeavor Air (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2017
Interview
Very friendly; they bring you in first thing in the morning and give you a presentation on the airline's mission, vision, and future outlook. Then they gather all of your required documents (flight logs and forms) and take that away for your panel to review. They give you a pleasant waiting area with snacks and water. About 10-15 minutes later, they come and take you back to meet with the interview panel. It usually has 3 members (HR, new pilot, older captain). They go over your resume, ask some basic questions about you, then ask some TMAAT questions. Then they ask some job knowledge questions, followed by reviewing an approach plate and weather strip.
