Firstly you get an interview with the hr via phone, after that there is a technical interview over the phone that lasts approximately 1 h 30 m, you get questions of OOP, core Java(difference between Abstract Classes and Interfaces), Design Patterns(Singleton), SQL(WHERE vs HAVING clause), and a logical questions. The guys that you talk to are very nice, very polite, good experience and after that if you pass the technical interview, you get asked to an Assessment Center in which you have to come up with a business idea and make a business plan with some of the other candidates and you have to present it. Very long waiting time for a response, aprox 1 month!
