I received an email that they wanted to me to come in for a conversation. I discussed my experience with the lead researcher and one of the owners. It was a laid back experience.

Very casual. If you get an interview, chances are the company really wants to hire you already. Its more of a "get to know you, and let me tell you about what to expect". Be sure to talk about any past UX experience.
