The interview process started out as a 30 minute zoom call with the manager. That went well so then I was scheduled for a 2nd interview with the HR Business partner and 3rd with the person that used to work the position and the director. Everyone was nice, and I thought it went well! They told me to reach out if I had any questions. However, after the interview 1 week goes by and I hear nothing. I reached out to the manager to thank her and confirm how everything went and no response. That just turns a good experience into a bad one unfortunately. Please, if you interview a candidate and take it to a 3rd interview, at least each out and give feedback. Ghosting someone is just not a good look for your company at all.
