First there was a phone screening and everything the recruiter told me then ended up to be true.. which is not the case for a lot of places out there.
After that there was a phone interview with the recruiter about a week later which was pretty easy and compromised of simple questions.
Then there was a panel interview with 2 sales guys and a HR lady at one of their hotel sales offices which was relaxed but they did ask relevant questions that you should practice and rehearse for.
Finally there was a panel interview with a RSVP, Sales Director, and HR Director. this was the most intense of the interviews obviously with it being the last. Very specific questions based on my resume and they genuinely seemed interested in what I had to say which is nice. DEFINITELY practice answering questions and be prepared to answer questions about your resume in detail. Its for an eventual sales manager role, SO SELL YOURSELF!!
