Encore Estate Management Development Manager interview questions

The first stage interview I attended was good I met with someone from the recruitment team and an operations manager. I was asked around 5 different questions mainly about compliance. I was offered a second stage interview and needed to complete a presentation. After I responded and gave my availability to attend the second stage I got no response. I tried chasing the recruitment department and to this day no one has got back to me. I wasted time on doing quite a lengthy presentation for them to totally ignore me and not have the second interview. I think this company is highly unprofessional!
